The works were located at Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Clifton. The scope of works are but not limited to; demolition works, earthworks, construction of new footpath (approx.. 500m2), screw piles, retaining wall, reinforced footings, steel framework, steel balustrade, FRP Boardwalk, viewing platform, carparking, drainage works, concrete driveways, K&G, asphalt and road works, and associated landscaping.

The project was completed in October 2023 and the community, residents and local business are pleased to be benefiting of the grand structure created in high profile location of the Illawarra.
