Established in 1990 Cadifern Civil commenced operations in plumbing on the gold line gas scheme in Sydney. From there we became accredited Sydney Water contractors; following our success in this sector as further opportunities arose, we expanded into a variety of complex projects within the civil industry.
Our Team
Building civil infrastructure is our passion in life, we genuinely love what we do and have created a team of individuals who share this passion. At Cadifern we love seeing our team developing and reaching their own personal career goals. We have a very tight knit team with low staff turn-over and a great team spirit. Our team is made up of a diverse range of professionals including project managers, formworkers, concreters, engineers, plumbers, contracts administrators, operators, truck drivers, traffic controllers, and skilled construction workers. We self perform as many tasks on our projects as possible giving us more control in delivering projects to the highest quality/ safety standards, within program and budget.
In addition to Cadifern’s fully equipped and manned workforce, we have countless long standing professional relationships to assist in projects, including subcontractors, surveyors, and professional engineers who are an extension of our team.

We currently hold third-party AS/NZS 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management accreditation in line with industry standards.
Cadifern are strongly committed to a zero-harm workplace. Our personnel are the backbone of the company and as such their safety and the safety of others and all personnel affected by our projects are our number 1 priority.
We appropriately train our staff in health and safety, first aid and all the relevant safety trainings and strongly encourage all our workforce to speak out against any unsafe behaviors or practices without concern.

Cadifern are third party ISO 14001 Environmental Management accredited.
As a company Cadifern are involved in many projects with a varying array of environmental challenges due to the local ecosystems and the measure put in place to protect and preserve these systems.
Cadifern’s extensive experience in the management of such projects including, coastal, tidal, flora and fauna protections, soil management and many more will continue to grow and improve to better protect the environment on which we operate.
